• A 7 month expedition to the summit of cake making

    The plan is to teach myself how to plan, bake and make a stacked wedding cake from a knowledge base of zero, but with a whole lot of enthusiasm to make up for it! I am going to take opportunities to inflict ever more complex cakes on my family and friends and log the process here, just for fun!
